game that gives the player a fair bit of freedom but then contradicts itself by restricting so much.

game contains verbal and visual
nods to everything
from Ghostbusters, Nintendo (the guy has an NES in his bedroom), Stephen King, Metal gear, all the way to Breaking Bad and Half - Life.
This
game takes some its design cues
from Ancient Egypt, and there are also slight
nods to Animal Crossing, however I also noted a few similarities to EA's My Sim's franchise in terms of design.
An obvious
nod to Kojima's earlier
game, the squat robot even resembles the original robot boss
from the
game.
Plus, elements carryover
from 0, such as boss fights and «Majima Everywhere,» which is a slight
nod to the Mr. Shakedowns in 0 who effectively stalk you in the
game.
Within both the
game's story and open world parts there will be little
nods to the Marvel universe that will not add or take anything away
from the
game, but will get the player's attention, such as damage control, whom fans will know as the clean up crew after a super hero showdown.
Players of Undercover will notice and pick up the subtle
nods throughout the
game, and it's worth noting that the great dialogue and writing has carried over
from Undercover.
Sadly though not too much of the environment is destructible but there are some areas where you can take down set objects and yes, once again Sly Cooper gets a few, maybe too many,
nods within the
game as neon signs and graffiti will usually show something
from those
games, nothing specific just random fun for those who take the time out to spot stuff like that within the environment.
Additionally, Skyrim received the «RPG of the Year» award
from Spike TV, IGN, X-Play, GameSpot and GameSpy while receiving «Overall
Game of the Year»
nods from Spike TV, Giant Bomb, X-Play, Machinima.com, GameSpot, 1UP.com,
