Trim the crusts off of the bread Roll the bread really flat Brush
both sides of the bread with butter.
Spread mustard on the cut
sides of the bread.
Brown
each side of the bread evenly and you are done!
Spread a few spoonfuls of harissa on one
side of the bread and mash half the avocado into the other
side of the bread.
Lightly toast
both sides of bread.
