Today's retailers face a tsunami
of problems but
none, in my opinion is more deadly than the pandemic
of sheer consumer boredom that shoppers are being subjected to.
But remember it wasnt the white people
today who did this (I am one and am ashamed
of my ancestors behavior), in fact
none of us were alive when these atrocities occured I know you still suffer huge
problems with racism - there are a lot whites who want to fight along side you to eliminate this.
There we have the
problem with ebooks
today in a nutshell (that and the fact that
none of us actually own the ebooks we've bought, we only own licenses).
Alternative energy is a joke, which doesn't take into account anything other than the fact that they burn clean as the so - called environmentalists want to believe that the only
problem that exists
today is global warming (nevermind the other
problems exist, nevermind that mining is ruining our world as well, nevermind that cell phone towers are killing between 5 and 50 million migratory song birds every year or that dams are killing the salmon off, no
none of this matters apparently).
Unfortunately,
today almost
none of us have any idea what is our actual share
of the
problem, nor do we understand what is a sustainable level
of emissions.
And the gift
of this time we live in, and the gift
of the enormity
of the
problems we confront and face going forward, is that
none of us will be the same person that we are
today.
