You can reduce the points even more if you make the 2 ingredient dough (use a half
recipe 1/2 c self rising flour and 1/2 c

yogurt).
Also, if you don't use the (optional) mayonnaise in this
recipe, you'll want to add an equal amount of
nonfat Greek
yogurt.
