The
sauce and the
nooch mixture for the tofu is what makes this everything.

I tweaked it a bit (more
nooch, more tomato paste, some curry powder, hickory smoke salt) and while I probably could have blended the
sauce a bit more, it turned out GREAT.
I sprinkle
nooch on pretty much anything savoury and add it to all of my
sauces to add a tangy deliciousness.
Somehow the proportions of these herbs (especially that pop of mint) combine together to create a very savory and well - rounded taste with absolutely no added sodium or even
nooch — that's right if you can't eat nutritional yeast this is the perfect
sauce and salad dressing for you!
