Because I'm
using full - fat coconut milk in my
soup broth, I want to balance out the dish with lighter
noodles so that it doesn't get overly indulgent.
However, here are two ways you could go with this: 1) the more reliable way would be to cook the pasta separately, according to package directions, and then add it to the
soup before serving, or 2) add it directly to the

use your judgment to determine when the
