I'm so scared that when I'm at a healthy weight I will have to restrict and exercise even more to maintain (which wouldn't be manageable or enjoyable) when really in the end I just want to be able to eat normally on
a normal amount of calories for my body (1500 - 1800).
I am sick of restricting so much though and I really want to be able to have
a normal amount of calories (1500 - 1800) a day without gaining so much but I have heard that sudden increases lead to rapid weight gain but then eventually your body adapts to that and may start losing on that amount.
I have about
a normal amount of calories, but I eat almost all of it in one go (I know, bad habits), so I eat a LOT before bed (mostly protein... peanut butter and almond butter... another bad habit) and only a small meal in the morning after a big workout early in the morning, so have a calorie deficit during most the day.
I feel depressed about it, especially with the holidays it's not like I'll exactly be consuming
my normal amount of calories.

Ok so I'm a highschool wrestler cut to 145 and now I'm wrestling 152 (but still weigh the same) I'm wondering what would be the best course
of action being that season is coming to an end and I've been on such a low
amount I
calories I have lifted before and usually I do a lot
of explosive exercise (hang / power cleans snatches) but many
normal ones to, should I continue with the
normal work out or go back to the basics because I havent lifted in a while?
