Not exact matches
I couldn't find the smaller size (too impatient to wait for Amazon, lol), so I used a
normal size
bread pan (I think 9 x 5).
Today I changed the recipe hoping it would work in my «
normal» size
bread pan.
After reading through some earlier comments dealing with the raw middle, I think I may just double the recipe and cook it the same as I would need to for the new
pan, but have
normal size and shape
bread.
I wanted to see if I could bake this in a
normal metal
bread pan.
Here in Ireland soda

bread, Everyone has their own family recipe.Instead of baking in the oven we often cook it on a griddle (i use my cast iron crepe
pan) where it takes a fraction of the time.
Next time (and there will be one soon) I will increase the amounts of ingredients by half more to fit in a
normal metal
bread pan.
Since this
bread is baked in a half sheet
pan, it will need to be cut differently than «
normal»
bread.
