your normal budgeted total savings is referred to as snowflaking (see What is a Debt Snowflake?).
Although few cosmologists seriously doubt that
normal matter, made of particles called baryons, makes up only about 5 percent of the universe's
total mass - energy
budget, the observable matter we know of is still only about half what we'd expect.
