We may
drink more alcohol than
normal or try new
foods.
It is perfectly
normal for a baby to dip his fingers into bowls of
food, suck his fingers and fist, squeeze and smear
food onto his face and the tray with his palm and fingers, mash it into his hair, spit it out
or let it drool down his chin, blow it at you
or on the wall, throw it on the floor along with cups and bowls, and spill his
drinks.
However, it is not
normal for children to refuse to eat, prefer to only
drink to get nutrition, eat less than 20
foods, experience weight loss and /
or not be able to tolerate being in the same room as
food.
If you know that she's eating
normal amounts of solid
foods, then you'll want to think about other reasons that could be causing her to
drink less breastmilk
or formula (like illness,
or teething).
2) If you're blending your green smoothies in a
normal blender and then
drinking them, you may want to consider using a
food processor,
or at the very least chopping the fruit and vegetables up before blending to ensure an even blend.
They may limit
normal movement of the tongue during
drinking or get in the way when
food is being chewed.
