Cut out rounds and mould them into greased aluminium tart moulds (or
normal muffin tins).
We suggest using a silicone muffin tin and lightly greasing it for the best results, however, the recipe also works perfectly in
a normal muffin tin with paper liners (they just make it easier to get the cupcakes out in one piece!).

When we need more, I just put the frozen batter into a greased
muffin tin and bake them for 5 - 10 minutes longer than
normal - they turn out great!
If I'm serving these to guests I like to make them in
normal sized
muffin tins but they can also be made into mini
muffins and served as finger food for dessert.
I used a

muffin tin, not the jumbo
muffin tin.

muffin tin and I only got a dozen w / batter, and had leftover streusel.
Instead of pressing the crust into the cupcake /
muffin tin, you'll just use a
normal size baking pan for cheesecakes!
