I've always been a pretty clean / healthy eater for the most part but have always
seemed to struggle with carbs — I'm not sure if it's in my head, but especially the last few years, I've avoided most pastas, noodles, rice, breads,
potatoes, etc, like the plague and I want to eventually try to incorporate them back into my diet... sort of like transitioning off of low carb / low fat, and trying to eat more like a
normal, balanced person.
