Arrowroot flour — Can I just use other flour, even
normal wheat flour?
I'm a competent baker using
normal wheat flour so not sure whether this is normal for gf baking...
These pancakes are fluffy but the texture is a little different than
a normal wheat flour pancake.
It makes a wonderful alternative to
normal wheat flour, gives your baked goods a deliciously earthy flavor, and definitely is very easy to work with!
