Prepare sweet potatoes in the same way you would prepare
normal white potatoes.

potatoes 1/2 to 1 cup (depending on your taste) of vinegar —

potatoes readily available — the first type is
white and it looks like a
normal baking
potato, while the second type is darker with orange insides full of all the nutrients you need.
And that is in healthy individuals with
normal insulin sensitivity, but even in people with diabetes, eating these
white potatoes make people's insulin sensitivity better not worse.
