Alton Brown Horseradish Cream Sauce (
not AIP but is SCD, GAPS and PALEO): Whisk together until smooth and creamy: 1 cup of SCD 24 hour dripped yogurt (or Greek yogurt), 1/4 cup grated fresh horseradish, 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard (see my Pinterest Condiment board for SCD recipe), 1 tsp white wine vinegar, 1/2 tsp sea salt, 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper, and a dash of cayenne.
Rice flour might if you can tolerate it, although
not an AIP / Paleo option.
They are gluten free and grain free, which is perfect for many elimination protocols and diets (but unfortunately,
not AIP friendly).
Our go to cookie recipe is Beyond the Bite's Sugar Cut Out Cookies, and we've made many variations including adding Enjoy Life's Chocolate Chips (
not AIP Compliant have been successfully reintroduced for my daughter... but not me... sniff)

its not AIP Compliant unless you have been successfully able to reintroduce them.
Since I know I have many readers who are AIP I want to make sure you know that the chicken broth is
NOT AIP compliant since it contains nightshades (both peppers and tomatoes).
I made it into 4 mini flatbreads and sprinkled with Italian sausage, carmalized onions, and goat cheese (
not AIP...).

Tigernut flour can be replaced for almond flour if you are

Of the 8 recipes that are
not AIP, only 2 are due to non-negotiable nightshades, 1 for eggs, 3 for the seed spice cumin, and 2 for white rice (I had to include legit Arroz con Pollo and Puerto Rican Yellow Rice - but don't worry, I have grain - free versions of both, too!)
They are
not AIP, but since we have reintroduced nuts we are okay with it.
It is also usually made with mayonnaise, which isn't AIP due to the eggs.
This looks like a great treat although I feel the need to point out that this recipe isn't AIP compatible.
And I still have these Gluten - Free Sweet Potato Gnocchi to share with you, which aren't AIP, but are so so amazing that to keep them from you until I'm healed would be a crime.
For example, I do take a bite of any new recipe I'm working on for the blog that isn't AIP - friendly.

Obviously, the autoimmune protocol diet is a very nutrient dense diet so chances are that if you are eating
AIP and you don't have any anatomical issues going on like insufficient breast tissue, or a lip or tongue tie, then you probably already have a great foundation for building a healthy milk supply.
