Those are some qualities which Arsenal have been losing the past few years and I think every Arsenal fan deserves more from Wenger, Wenger has shown us that we can and should aim for better and he now needs to lead us,
not as a Football Manager but more as a Director of Football.

not resolve the situation by just changing the
manager,

not have the infrastructure and footballing knowledge, such
as a director of
football, that other clubs have,
as Mr Wenger covers all those positions.
Ive been supporting Arsenal for 65 years to say im dissapointed, well words fail me Why did we let the window slip by and
not do the business in the begining get in quick and get our players signed and out
as well but NO we buggered about with the DREAMER for 6 weeks dithering with expensive so called talent and what we get another Frenchman, soon we will be able to say we have the whole french international team here The way to go is to boycott the home games and make it known the fans run the club
not the useless
manager or the lackluster board who do
nt know who plays for us and are
not interested in
football per say just the money Buy Kroenke out and let him go
as well
But
as a high profile
manager not to talk of a

football healthier.

Failure shouldn't necessarily be blamed on transfers. It's part of the reason but is
not the only reasons.Other clubs which can't even buy like Arsenal have won very good trophies.Even at those times we were in debt we had a good team capable of winning the EPL or winng some of the smaller trophies. But we just went on trophyless. Now we are almost debt free and we are promised glory but honestly we don't even have the hope of glory. The only thing that can save us is renewal of the mind of the
manager and board. That will bring a positive change. It's only insanity to keep doing the same thing and expect different results. We have a lot to prove out there to the world because the greatness of Arsenal has really gone down in the face of the world. They only see us
as a team with good
football that's all.The world doubts us and we have a point to prove. The values of a club is
as important
as winning trophies.If
not Arsenal wouldn't have been this top club that people talk about everyday were it fpr only values or trophies. They go hand in hand. However, to the world trophies are very important and that fact can
not be hidden.

Football managers and players are often heard to say that they are
not really interested in any personal accolades,
as long
as the team is doing well, and it is no different at Arsenal.
Football its a sport with sports you have injuries add to that its contact sport so the probability of getting injured is sure Ok I can understand luck and ball wobble has got something to do with it but
as a soccer player you know you could get injured just like that two or more players are going for the ball you could be sandwiched you could instantly hit the same ball one gets injured both get injured what ever but injury is part of the game some go away pretty easy some do
nt and can get aggravated because
not all can wait in a in a heavy box for too long and if you do well you become weak so it will take some effort to get back to full strength praying that you do
nt get a strain or muscular problem players mangers coaches and physician know that i know that because
not long ago i had bad thigh injury all was fine with it then i got a knock just below my knee 3 weeks ago and there is still slight pain in it but will try and play on Thursday thats part of the game The

Credit to Raneiri
as he knew that his underdeveloped team wouldn't compete with entertaining

as fans sadly have to accept that 1) the board are

1) Ten years without a significant trophy yet the
Manager is never questioned 2) Selling off key «World beater» Players season after season and replacing them with mediocre at best replacements 3) Keeping a 33 % shareholder who is one of the world's richest men AND a true
football fan
as far away from the board
as possible 4) Charging possibly the highest prices in Europe but
NOT reinvesting within the team in any really significant way 5) Classing 4th place in the EPL

You forget to mention that he has a major problem —
not many of the big boys want to play pretty
football only — they also want to win — this leads to their refusal to come to Arsenal
as they know Wenger battles and is totally inept in the tfr market — the guy will say to himself — why must I join a
manager who accepts mediocrity
as his yard stick?
Well, may be here, in the UK or England, since the good British
managers are the rare pearl... In France, I have

Let Arsene go and all hell breaks will loose — suddenly the perfect scapegoat is gone and unhappy fans won't see a new
manager as a common denominator
as they see Arsene now but the man who sits on piles of cash disinterested in results on the pitch which is the only thing most of
football fans care about.
We cant blame the players, it's true some of them underperform, with a
Manager as Simeone they would
not be in the first team, and that is how you manage a
Football Club; the reason why we can
not think of beating the so called Giants, is because our
Manager is obsolete, his past glories are long gone and is unable better said UNWILLING to change his ways; while he manages our team we can
not dream and settle
as it seems you have.
Tactically Wenger is
not on par with the current leading
managers in world
football fact, but if we are discussing the team mentality then isn't it true that players tend to reflect the attitude of the
managers, if we look at the leading
managers how many of them sit down holding themselves instead of getting up to spur there team on, how many of them are critical about individual player performances
as well
as team performances, Wenger either cheers them on or does nothing, he may say that he still has passion and desire for the club and that maybe true, but rarely does that passion and desire become apparent, particularly on the pitch.

Let's get real here.It is very unlikely that ANY professional player will ever say anything derogatory about a teammate that has just left the club.If Jack had said about Coq - «Grew up playing with him in the Youth Team and have fond memories of a player they though he had very limited ability he always gave his all.Very surprised and disappointed the club never invested in a World Class defensive midfielder that we have quite obviously been lacking for a number of seasons and would no doubt have improved the defensive weakness we have shown over a number of seasons» we would have echoed his thoughts entirely. If he had said about Theo - «A player who should have been so much better than he ended up being. He had everything needed to be a prolific player for our club but I can understand the fans frustrations with his continued lack - lustre performances and total lack of a
football brain.I think this is best explained by the
managers preference to play a player of such limited ability
as Alex Iwobi in front of Theo pretty much says it all» we again would have all nodded our agreement.Although Jack never mentioned Alexis Sanchez I would imagine something along the lines of «If the
Manager had not persisted with players with such limited ability such as Francis and Theo and instead bought the world class players needed into the club then Sanchez would still most likely be here. The fans must wonder what the hell goes on at the club as they pay fortunes for the privalage of following our club but it seems the millions generated ends up purchasing a new Texas Ranch for the Owner or in a yearly renumeration of # 9million pounds to our manager&

I know I am repeating myself, but it is unacceptable, stone wrong and inadmissible that a
manager earning so much and with the support he receives from Arsenal
football club
as well
as the fans, can
not deliver (understatement) trophies, major trophies, on a regular basis...
Hopefully we also sign a director of
football and a
manager as well, I do
nt see the new
manager being able to be hands on with everything like Wenger did at Arsenal.
However, his side's insane comeback on Saturday showed that the former Blues chief certainly isn't past it, and still has the managerial prowess and tactical knowledge to be classed
as one of the most able
managers in world
football, and rightly so.
It has come to our attention
as fans of arsenal
football club, that mr.arsene wenger is hurting and spoiling our club.He believes that he will win the premier league which is in itself stupid and foolish cause he can't no matter what he tries. No wonder Jose mourinho called you a specialist in failure cause you are too stubborn to accept assistance even when you are wrong and for that you will never achieve anything in your remaining time
as manager.
Wenger has been attempting to, at his own pace, adapt his extensive knowledge into practice on the
football pitch and while he is ahead of the majority of the league,
as is evident that we finish above 16 - 17 clubs every season, he is
not yet at the level to compete with the other
managers who are able to draw on new ideas from their coaching staff, or their travelling experiences through coaching for other clubs in other leagues.
Hence only a special player will be considered, someone who wants to come to us because we are Arsenal and
not just for a wage... A player who believes in our way... A player may be good enough on the pitch but how the player is off the pitch
as well can effect the team,
not as easy
as picking a top rated player like FIFA or
Football Manager.
Too many faults in this article, I just can
not take it serious, it may
as well been written by a 10 year old playing
Football Manager and
not by a fan who watches his team EVERYTIME they play and keeps up todate on watching the interviews either... Low knowledge has lead to a poor article.
