I don't think I've ever tasted
baba ganoush, but I love hummus, so I probably would love it too.
I first had muhammara as part of a platter along with hummus and
baba ganoush and I couldn't get enough of the red one with the crazy name.
This dip is thicker, creamier, and smokier than
baba ganoush and
not too shabby in the nutrition department

On this latest batch, as I was reaching for my trusty peanut butter, I noticed a sad, abandoned jar of tahini left from when I made
baba ganoush -LCB- I know, like, 3 months ago -RCB-, and I got to thinking... tahini is just sesame seed butter, and they literally sell it on the SAME shelf as peanut butter, so it can't be that bad, right?
And lastly, I didn't have hummus but I did have
baba ganoush which I would highly recommend on top!

baba ganoush, or the Egyptian national dish, ful medames?
