Even though your
dog or cat may look fine, and even if his
behavior has
not changed, there could be underlying health issues that have
not yet manifested as outward signs.

dog's
behavior is, keep in mind that
dogs don't behave the way they do just to frustrate us, even if it appears to be so!
While digging may be troublesome, especially when your
dog ruins your flower beds and landscaping, you should
not totally discourage this
behavior because it is natural overall.
If we saw these
behaviors in an adult
dog, that would
not be acceptable.
It doesn't matter if owners consider their
dogs as wolf cousins or furry children if the relationship is smooth and the adaptations made as a matter of course, but if Fido's natural tendencies are unacceptable in any way, remedies depend on understanding how and why the
behavior exists so that it can be modified.
Start young, even if you are
not ready to start grooming your
dog, introducing them to the grooming table young goes a long way to preventing difficult
behaviors and nervousness when the time comes to start grooming.
