I guess my point is that since I don't make New Years resolutions (but do set
big picture goals that I'd like to work on), I'm going to continue baking and eating
desserts while everyone else goes on a juice cleanse.
You can easily double this recipe if you're entertaining or if you're just like me and like
BIGGER portions;) You can even make this way ahead of time so you're
not stressing about
dessert.
Whether it be bringing their favourite
dessert or bottle of wine, helping to set the table, or plating the food while you put the finishing touches on your mashed potatoes, having more people involved during
big (or small) get - togethers
not only offloads some of your work, leaving you with more time to focus on your guests.
We don't like to make a
big fuss over the day, however I like making a good meal and fun

Don't torture yourself trying to save room for
dessert: Just order a «crybaby» — a silly -
big glazed potato doughnut — as soon as you sit down at the counter.
The 3 bite rule will still be in effect — you're
not eligible for
dessert until you try everything — but it still won't be a
big deal.

big part of making over your diet during January is dependent on eliminating
not just
desserts and unhealthy foods but also foods that are imitations of the exact thing you are missing most (i.e., cookies, pizza, ice cream, etc.).
