I don't have a particularly strong food processor but it still managed to whip this into a smooth mousse consistency... I was practically licking the
bowl clean while I waited for it to chill in the fridge..
If you aren't quite ready for one of those hippie nourish
bowls of vegetables but want to start
cleaning up your diet, this one's for you.
I couldn't help but lick the
bowl clean after I threw it in the oven!
Line muffin pan with paper liners - In the
bowl of an electric mixer, whisk together the coconut milk, sugar, oil, and vanilla extract - In a separate
bowl, sift together the flour, almond meal, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt - With the mixer on low - speed, slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet until mixture is uniform and smooth (do
not overmix)- Pour batter in liners, filling cups no more than 2/3 full - Bake 18 - 20 inutes, or until cake tester comes out
clean - Transfer to a cooling rack to cool completely
Place in a

not too warm, sticking it too close to a fireplace is a bad idea, for example) for 1 - 2 hrs or until it doubles in size.
I've structured this recipe for easy
clean up thereby minimizing
bowls, pans, etc. because I know that most people, especially busy moms, do
not have a lot of time to spare.
Drop in the spinach and swish it around a few times so it deposits any sand and grit before lifting it out of the
bowl (leaving any grit / dirt at the bottom of the
bowl and
not dragging the
clean leaves through it) and drop it in a colander.
Place the egg whites, sugar, cream of tartar, and salt in a
clean metal or glass
bowl, then place the
bowl over the saucepan, making sure the bottom of the

not touching the water.

Separate the yolks and whites of two eggs, placing the whites into a

There was NO liquid at all in the
bowl when I took it out so I had my doubts it would work (I couldn't find a cheese cloth so I used an old

Soup season is here and I couldn't be more excited — warm
bowls of soup are
not only super comforting but they're incredibly easy in terms of cooking and
clean up.
Don't
clean up the chocolate mix
bowl - you can use the remaining little bit of chocolate mix that's clinging to the
bowl to «glue» your egg halves together when they're set!
The bibs are soft and easy to wipe
clean, and their Easi - mat keeps the feeding
bowls in place, so Bub can't send them flying (easily).
If
cleaning the house, preparing the food, and then
cleaning up after the party doesn't appeal to you, consider having the party at another location such as an ice rink, a
bowling alley, a local park, a movie theatre, the local mall, or even at an area museum.
For things that are safe to sample, have your taste tester use a
clean spoon that goes into the sink,
not back into the
bowl.
The only thing I don't like about this potty (and the reason I've given in 4 stars instead of 5), is that there is no removable
bowl for easy
cleaning.
I looked up a few recipes to make my own, but they were all kind of complicated and I didn't trust myself to make a
cleaner potent enough to kill all the germs in a toilet
bowl.
