In a home birth you usually don't have to go to the hospital (though there's at least a 1 in 10 chance that you will), but you or yours have to buy all kinds of

If you are an outsider to a person with addiction, most likely they know there is a problem, don't shove

crap chocolate that you buy at the corner store, even the «quality «brand name chocolate from the health
food store has ingredients that are less than clean.

crap they teach us... that «ONLY animal based products contain ALL the amino acids» hence they are called «high biologic value»
foods while plant - based is deemed «low biologic» and can
not offer all the AA's we need so that is why we need to supplement with meat to have a «well - balanced diet», it is all baloney!!!

food isn't always accessible, and if you don't have it on hand, you're likely to eat (and feel like)
