education (vouchers), buildings and services to be used for private religious purposes (this article), and they want subsidies in the form of tax breaks, special exemptions of other sorts, and they even want to
destroy Aid to Needy Families so they can drive people into seeking help at their private religious «missions» where you are
not allowed to eat unless you are a Christian, and so on.
More than ever, they need to demonstrate to the community that they are

Because TFA, which places idealistic young teachers in tough - to - staff schools, takes funding from the Walton Foundation, which of course is the philanthropic arm of Walmart, which, according to USAS, is trying to privatize
public education, which it shouldn't do because it will cost the teachers unions countless members, which will
destroy their bottom line... or something like that.

I am willing to bet the Smarter Balanced people haven't learned yet how to keep a reasonable rate of reliability (or for that matter validity) on these testing approaches so they are using our kids as «guinea pigs» while they calibrate and re-calibrate their tests to show which of our kids our «most stupid» and they can call them pejorative names and close their schools and fire the teachers etc etc with harsh punitive measures that are meant to
destroy public education.
