not easy routines.
But you have been warned... it's
not an easy routine.

I attempted to get into a
routine of waking up early to exercise this week and let me tell you, it has
not been
easy.
Not that my summer hasn't included clean eating and exercise, but it's so
easy to stray from that
routine when you can use summer as an excuse!

not time - consuming or a complicated drawn out program, just a super
easy couple of days a week to implement into your weekly
routine.

routines), enabling uninterrupted family boding and breastfeeding, huge cost savings for insurance companies and those without insurance, and increasing the likelihood of having a deeply empowering and profoundly positive, life changing pregnancy and birth experience.
It is much
easier to begin a good bedtime
routine when your baby is young than to try and change poor sleep
routines when you have a toddler or preschooler who still isn't sleeping well.
Babywise doesn't suggest rigid feeding schedules, simply a
routine that can make the day
easier for mom and for baby (sleep - eat - play - sleep, repeat).
Before bed session: I don't think there's anything wrong with nursing to sleep in general, but it probably is going to be
easiest to drop this session since it's
not an essential part of your bedtime
routine.

While some moms find it
easier if children wake up in a staggered order so you can start putting them through the morning
routine assembly line (diaper change, breakfast, dressed, shoes) in the order in which they arise, most of us aren't blessed with this capability to choose when our kids wake up.
If it would've been better and it would've been
easier and kind of part of my
routine, as it does get with many moms after six months, then I probably would've kept going, but the six months was kind of a rough goal to reach, so once I reached it, then It wasn't so hard to stop.
It is
not always
easy as I tend to have
routines that eat up time.

I received the Health, Fit, Happy Mom Fitness DVD Series which makes sticking to a fitness
routine so much
easier since I don't have to go anywhere but my workout room in the basement!
I was going to cloth diaper; he was too tiny to fit in them at first, then the top bands weren't stretchy enough to accommodate the belly swelling from his reflux / colic / general gassiness, then all of that was over and done with and using «sposies was such a part of our
routine (and so dang *
easy *) that my massive stash of cloth diapers and all of their accoutrements sit mostly - untouched in a big Rubbermaid bin.
Yes, once baby is in a
routine it does make life a little
easier but don't expect to get a
routine straight away.
Setting a
routine and sticking to it won't always be
easy, but it teaches your baby that there's a series of events each night that lead up to bedtime.
We made sure her
routine was
not changed when he arrived; grandparents came and stayed at our house to make this

Here and there I'd go out for 3 - 5 miles when the weather was nice, and some of those
easy runs left me with the itch to get back into it, but ultimately it hasn't been a regular part of my workout
routine in the last year and a half.
