If I don't
eat chocolate several times a day, then I find the world to be a cold and
dark place.
I always use
dark chocolate that's good for
eating such as Lindt or Green and Blacks, I'm
not a fan of the taste of cooking
chocolate.
i, personally, am
not opposed to inhaling the really bad (but good) raw cookie dough with my favorite
dark chocolate chips... oh... like, once a month but then my workouts must reflect the same reckless abandon as my
eating habits.
Tips for
eating more: It's
not hard to
eat more
chocolate, but make sure you're using
dark chocolate and
not milk
chocolate to avoid the extra sugar used in milk
chocolate.
Just don't
eat it too often, supplement with soy lecithin, nor feed your baby
dark chocolate.
I also added a little bit of unsweetened coconut flakes, because I can't get enough, and some
dark chocolate chips, because I know that I won't
eat an energy bar without
chocolate.

I'm sure there are far worse things you can
eat... I didn't have chia / hemp seeds so replaced with cashews nuts & sesame seeds I also don't like things too sweet so replaced sugar with
dark chocolate... thought this too would help bind them together — less sweet perhaps or do I just love
chocolate obviously taste is important.
So here I am at 9PM on a Tuesday,
eating dark chocolate nonpareils in bed and getting ready to binge watch start season three of OITNB (by the way, my friend wrote a brilliant piece on the show)(which I don't recommend reading unless you've started season three or thoroughly enjoy spoilers, like me).
