The Kwicksutaineuk / Ah - Kwa - Mish First Nation (KAFN) said it will renew its legal action to protect wild
salmon in its territory from diseases allegedly spread by nearby
salmon farms after the B.C. Court of Appeal ruled aboriginal collectives should
