fed ground sirloin, you can substitute lean grass -
fed beef cubes and grind them yourself at home using a food processor or the grinder attachment on your mixer.
You want to take extra care to buy grass -
fed beef when eating Paleo because it's what a cow naturally eats, and doesn't contain all of the additives they put in conventional cattle
feed these days.
