I think seeing hayden leave wenger has decided that he doesn't need both and has chosen chambers over hayden.

Personally i woud not mind if wenger promotes hayden as fourth choice cb.

hayden is quite a beast in d / m apparently also and wenger rate him highly in this position as well says he has «good concentration and technical skills» for it and he is a big lad at 6 ″ 2 mobile as well could be promoted this year to filll in gaps at the back and in d / m maybe he is my favorite to get a good run of games out of the youth and as wenger has become pro english this year do nt be suprised if crowley gets fast tracked to first team before end of sept and reg first teamer before years out the kid very talented

yeah i know what you mean it might just be a case of moving chambers (wenger might just get another c / h in or promote hayden / o» connor to c / h) to d / m along side le coq and one thing i have noticed i the rate at which young bielik is propelling up the youth team a month ago he was with under 18's completely skipped the under 19's straight to under 21s so he will be ready for first team in the summer by the looks of things so we might not be needing another d / m but i would keep and eye out for a freebee khedira though if its just wages we have to pay wenger might like that experience he needs in the big games

i back akpom gnabry jenkinson bellerin chambers and hayden to be great in two years time.i expect a world class player in ramsey the ox gabriel sczcesny coquelin and wilshere in that same period.I do nt know what to make of toral though i have hopes in him.

He probably won't do it but I'd like to see as a minimum bellerin at rb and chambers cb, I'd even go as far as to drop Per, (its time) and play monreal, (hayden if he was fit) and chambers.

When hayden, zelalem and toral return we will have 3 ready made replacements for flamini, arteta and rosicky, not quite first team regulars, but they will have enough experience to be counted on if called upon.

We may need emergency cover and monreal / flamini / hayden at cb is not the answer.

Id love to see krychowiak at arsenal but if not lets try chambers, hayden or bielek out.

there isnt really an injury crisis this the time where we need to start trusting the youngsters, we have coming through atm that they will fill in and not look out of place we have some very sound and talented players waiting to just step in at a moments notice like bellerin and hayden at the back.

Don't forget, bellerin, Jenkinson, ajayi and hayden will all be in the frame next season so we must not bring in too many defenders.

I assume u mean hayden, but he isn't from the academy he is a first team squad member and is out for the season anyway.

This would have been an ideal game to use hayden in the midfield with flamini, now we have less defensive cover, because wilshere is not the solution in that position

i hope your right there there is talk that we might be extending arteta's contract by a year, i am of the mind that we should say thanks for all your effort here is a little gold cannon enjoy your retirement and come back if you want to do some coaching in a year or 2, as well as replacing diaby and flamini thats gonna cost hopefully hayden will step in to d / m and grow in to that role for us and we could get someone else in the jan window, i think wenger will do the midfield replacements in jan in advance of summer so he doesn't have to next summer.
