If you've seen the previous videos
in the Google Adwords Keyword planner training series you know that we're now getting four
times as many keywords back using the very same input terms just by understanding exactly how the Google Adwords Keyword planner works but once you click this download button here and you downloaded the csv files what do you do with all these files because they each contain about 700 keywords a piece there's some overlap between the different terms and so you got ta work through that so what I've gone ahead and down this I've asked my developers here at MarketBold go ahead and create a tool that will merge and remove the duplicates from the csv files that google adwords gives you so if you head over to marketbold.com/GAKP/ i'll put the link below
in the description and you'll see a tool that looks just like this all you
need to do is click on this browse button here and you'll
need to navigate to the folder where these files are that you downloaded from the Google Adwords Keyword planner you can just simply click and select them all the same
time and click open you'll see here now says 12 files selected because I tell me i selected and then I just simply click here to process and download as soon as I click that this tool is taking all those files taking all the keywords to search volume cost - per - click that all the information that you got back from the Google Adwords Keyword planner and it's actually removing all the duplicates and putting into one single file so you can actually work with it and then you simply just
need to save the file to your computer and once you do that we'll go ahead and do it here for a second and then once you save it you can open it up and you'll see here we now have a file here opened up
in Excel and you'll see we have all these keywords that we got back there's a total
in this list
of 3,796 just because i only downloaded 12 files from Google Adwords Keyword planner you can download as many as you want to put it through this tool is just going to save you
time and from there you might want to take it into a tool like keyword grouper pro and break it down into the individual groups i hope this has been helpful for you if you like this video and you appreciate the tool we've made for you go ahead and give us a thumbs up or subscribe to the channel for more videos just like this and if you haven't seen the other videos will walk you through all the steps on how to use the Google Adwords Keyword planner you want to check those out as well so go ahead and use this tool to increase the profits
of your business and
help it grow.

Well it is true that some people seek sorcerers to implement Jinn that are satanic demons into mankind or his house or his business to finish him or make his life miserable or to stop flow
of his business income...
In such case it is either you are religious enough and say your prayers often then it becomes hard for this to harm you or otherwise you need to find some one who practice exorcism to remove this evil... But many are just pretending to be good at it and help you not but squeeze money out of you with tales and stories... There is another type of possessions and that is not through a sorcerer but directly by coincidence what man is at his weakest moments and those weakest moments for a possessions are when you come through a great fear or when cry or laugh loudly in hysteria, or during a certain moment of mating... or even when sneezing loudly... That's why there are prayers to be said on daily basis to guard you from such things and specially if passing haunted places such as deserted houses but most evil ones are residents of public toilets and market places... Some of them even would claim that you have made a wrong action by which you have killed a dear one to them and for that they have possessed you and that is mostly night time such as throwing a cigaret butt to a dark place or stepping killing an insect or even an animal at night which could have been one of them or possessed by one of them... So this is true thing happening to many who suffer unexplainable illnesses or sufferings which could look like mental illness that comes and goes as pleased.

I'm confused it says they will be gossips conceited unholy haters
of good without love self love people
in the end
times to stay away
not even to receive them
not even pray for them is that blasphemy then it says they hold firm to a godliness but deny its power but I thought blasphemy they don't hold firm to any godliness but are
not drawn by the spirit at all to wan na ask forgiveness even it says god is just and will forgive why I wish he would forgive all things his children suffer over that can't change
need to also it says if u can say Jesus is lord the holy spirit is with u right or u couldn't even say those words please someone
help I've been suffering
Personally i think those specific prayers are a distraction most
of the
times we pray these prayers because its what we think we
need and often thats
not the case. The better way is to just trust the holy spirit let him lead i think we miss the awesomeness
of doing it Gods way its easy
not difficult. The struggle is difficult when we are walking by the flesh and trying to do it our way. When i got to the point where i said to the God i am
not going to do it my way anymore and i submit to you because know whats best for me.Change me and when i feel the wrong desires or temptation to walk by the flesh i just say Lord you know i am weak and i can
not live a christian life without you
help me.As soon as i do that it is effortless theres no struggle thats how we should grow.I am excited with what God is doing
in my life he has opened his word i am seeing the fruit
of his life impacting mine and i am changing day by day.I am walking by faith and
not slipping back into my old desires i know what it means to be an overcomer sin does
not have dominion over me anymore.
In myself i can
not boast because it is the power
of God at work
in my life and i give all the praise back to God.brentnz
This is going to be a shock — the men who actually wrote all the parts
in the Bible and made changes to the infrastructure of Christianity — including Constantine circa 300 AD in Rome — were not afraid of unleashing the occasional metaphor... in other words the Bible is not entirely literal — no, you are supposed to use your imagination... In many cases the disciples didn't actually witness an event — it was long distance and time altered hearsay — God figured Man could handle that... So don't be afraid to dilute - God's cool with that — as long as you do the right thing in life — feed the poor, help your neighbor, don't kill or covet - just be a good and decent person - smile, love and give generously... God doesn't need robots — He wants thoughtful individuals who help!

They all can listen to me telepathically and
help me
in times of need, though i'm never sure exactly what they will give me because it is their will
not mine that get's done...
Do you
not want people to care and
help you
in YOUR
time of need?
Atheism offers nothing to me, it never has and never will, it doesn't make me feel good or comfort me, it's
not there for me when I'm sick or ill, it won't intervene
in my
times of need or protect me from hate, it doesn't care if I fail or succeed, it won't wipe the tears from my eyes, it does nothing when I have no where to run, it won't give me wise words or advice, it has no teaches for me to learn, it can't show me what's bad or nice, it's never inspired or excited anyone, it won't
help me fulfill all my goals, it won't tell me to stop when I'm having fun, it's never saved one single soul, it doesn't take credit for everything I achieve, it won't make me get down on bended knee, it doesn't demand that I have to believe, it won't torture me for eternity, it won't teach me to hate or despise others, it won't tell me what's right or wrong, it can't tell nobody
not to be lovers, it's told no one they don't belong, it won't make you think life is worth living, it has nothing to offer me, that's true, but the reason Atheism offers me nothing is because I've never asked it to, Atheism offers nothing because it doesn't
need to, Religion promises everything because you want it to, You don't
need a Religion or to have faith, You just want it because you
need to feel safe, I want to feel reality and nothing more, Atheism offers me everything that Religion has stolen before.
Rick the more i think about it we are to live as overcomers
not strugglers since the day i decided to turn away from the sin that was controlling my life i never fell back into old sinful patterns
not once, was i tempted many many times. The Lord will work
in our lives one area at a
time he
needs us to give him full control so if an area is taking control we do
need to hand it to him so he can change us.How do we do it immediately we say Lord you know i am weak but
in you i am strong i leaned on him and overcame
time and
time again.We all have areas
of weakness that we struggle
in so do
nt feel bad.Struggling is us trying to do it
in our own strength before this process i was so stubborn i refused to let God
help me i wanted to do it
in my own strength and so it was a roller coaster ride
in my christian walk if the day went well i was on a high if it did
nt i would would be down.
Not any more now when things do
nt go to plan i still thank the Lord and when it goes well i thank the Lord.Because i know that all things work for good to those who love the Lord. The main area he is wanting is our hearts he wants all our heart
not only some until we come to that place we will continue to struggle
in our faith. The only reason to tell you this is
not to boast because
of what i have done
in myself because i have nothing to boast about but if i did i would brag that Christ has empowered me by his holy spirit to be an overcomer just as he would want you to be.As Christians we are all called to be overcomers more than conquerers.Make a decision today to turn all your hearts to the Lord to acknowledge the areas you are holding onto that are controlling your flesh life hand them to the Lord and walk according to the spirit and
not the flesh and he will give you the victory. That can be a reality starting today merry christmas everyone and may the new year be an exciting one as we put all our trust
in Christ our Lord and savior.Brentnz

Racheal i understand how you feel there have been
times i really felt lead to go
in a particular direction for the Lord and then the doors were shut its crushing at the
time and i felt very angry and disappointed. But he has other plans better than we could imagine but at the
time we struggle because we do
nt see it from his perspective he certainly cares more than we know.Something that encourages me is the verse psalm 37:4 Delight yourself
in the LORD, and he will give you the desires
of your heart.Tell the Lord you are angry and do
nt understand but do
nt shut him out its when we feel afraid angry or discouraged that we
need to ask him to strengthen us as he wants to
help us.regards brent
it amazes me that we haven't only conquered landing on the moon and cured most diseases that killed billions throughout history, what amazes me most is our ability
in times of need to
help each other regardless
of what path we walk
in life.
It is hardly ever a cut and dried situation, because by the
time someone is reaching out for
help, there are usually layers and layers
of things and the first thing that has to be done is that a safe place
needs to be created so a person is secure
in the fact that they are
not being attacked, and one
in which they can bask
in the Father's love for however long it takes for them to know that they are loved.
If the phenomenalists are
helping us break the mould that prevents us looking at these, we will have them as allies — if
not, forget phenomenalism this
time round, as we
need this more primitive, but also more proliferating and glorious vision
of perception,
in order to get a basis for these new areas, where we are trying to investigate something which Isn't the contribution
of the mind, and which you can refer to so as to verify or falsify your experiment.
That may
not be the most compassionate or pastoral thing to do, but I've got a bunch
of people who want to experience intimacy with God, and want to obey Him, and want to serve people and change the world, and I
need to spend some
time with them,
not with a lazy baby who wants me to
help them succeed
in bible trivia.
why don't you start with why humans invented religion
in the first place, the origins
of the books
of the bible, the multiple «christ» (copied) stories throughout the history
of time, fossil evidence
of evolution
of man and all species, all the discrepancies
in the bible, knowledge
of all the gods that humans have believed
in through recorded history, the political uses
of christianity
in the
time of it's origin, the fact that every other religion has followers who believe just as strongly
in their own god / book, that fact that if you had been born
in another part
of the world you would be a different religion and going to «hell», and that a good, kind, omniscient god wouldn't allow all the suffering and evil to happen, and wouldn't
need «
help» as christians like to tout... and then we'll get to all these ridiculous fools.
The site is several states away and we are arriving a week early to
help out with decorating, etc so I wonder if I make and freeze these ahead
of time, defrost them the day before, would it be better to just reheat them
in crock pot, or would it be better to freeze them after browning and cook the day
of the wedding
in the crock pot (
not sure how much
time I'll have) Thee will be about 140 people so would
need a few crockpots!
We
need better though but I'm
in full 100 % support
of the purchase
of Shkrodan Mustafi and Lucas Perez.Mustafi can
help Koscielny now.I've been saying it here
time and
time again that it's
not a world clsss striker we have
needed but a clinical finisher which we have lacked for several seasons and counting.Hopefully this guy puts Giroud where he belongs which is on the bench.Though a world class striker is good what we have lacked is someone who puts the game to bed
in clinical fashion but Arsene Wenger has listened to many people to the extent that if he can't get a world class striker then he can get anyone. If Arsenal had a clinical finisher for some five seasons or so we coulda won the EPL then.Giroud has cost us matches and will continue to cost us matches.Giroud is half decent as someone said here the last
time.I expect Perez to be much better if he can take on his man and be clinical
in front
of goal.
that's what is hilarious, he literally spits on our faces and says» you don't know anything i have managed over 1000 amount
of games» but can't even beat middle team club like stoke
in 8 attempts or beat mouth - rinho
in 13 attempts, he think's he's amazing but he is actually embarrassing, he is getting us thrashed REGULARLY, the only team that hasn't completely embarrassed us are the spuds, I actually can't understand how fans didn't riot when arsene went to rome for charity matches when we
needed him the most, I'm
not even angry at him anymore, how can a man so proud let moroninho call him a «specialist
in failure» and just prove him right
time and
time again,
not only will it benefit arsenal for arsene to leave but it will also
help the man himself, do the right thing and take a walk mate
3 League titles / 6 Fa cups and constant champions league last 16odd years out
of 19 also but no matter what anyone says his
time as our coach has come to an end even if we win the league which
in fairness we have a great shot so going out
of Europe could
help us win the league for Wenger to leave on a high like fergie did... This has to be his last season
in charge along with Stan the Conman... Money
needs put into this squad to get it to the next level and a different direction because
in all honesty when we beat Bayern they just did
nt take their chances like they did last night and they already had a great squad and added to it
in the summer with Costa etc... we had a real chance this year if we had brought
in more than Cech and that is Wengers fault!
this window has just finished i am already thinking about who we will get for the january window we might try for khedira on a really low offer as he is free agent almost would
help boost numbers
in midfield
in the new year as we will no doubt
need to filling the numbers about then also i will hold my hands up and say i was wrong this morning for giving wenger stick and saying welbeck is rubbish i have been out
in the cold light
of day and had a chance to reevaluate the situation and realized that this could be a canny shrew transfer on wenger behalf actually if wenger can turn the clock back and work his magic on welbeck and get him scoring goals and improve his game then we could have a great underrated signing on our hands its wengers absolute trust
in him that might be what makes him a great player as this is something that he never had at old mordor if anybody can make him a world beater wenger can he loves this little pet projects improving players against the odds welbeck has the skillset to be high class player upfornt he just
needs to work very hard on his finishing i think once he gets a few goals under his belt he will settle
in fine and he is a team player you could put him on the left against man city to shore up that side and he will put
in a great shift without a complaint that could be his biggest asset to us or on the right whenever we
need him there ithinkwenger might start himon the left against city to protect the left back against navas and i bet you if he does a great job we will take a shine to him quickly i am hopeing he will be one
of those wenger gems that he finds and polishes up to a high finish i must admit i was annoyed as some other gunners were at
not signing d / m and c / h but if wenger does win the league with this lot it will be his greatest win yet and what might play
in to our hands is the unpredictable nature
of the league
in the last few seasons if we get on a good run at the right
time we might be hard to stop look at city they should have never lost to stoke but the result is there
in black and white for all to see and i think chelsea will hit the skids after a while to just because cesc and costa are doing well now thats there main threat but teams will work out how to stop them as the season goes on and chelsea will become predictable i think we might just do well this season after all
Joining a club
of arsenal s stature has its ups and downs. There is a requirement
of how our players should perform when on the pitch. The following is a list
of players who were wrong to choose arsenal.Aaron ramsey - Even though he is the most favoured
of all players at the club now.I cant
help but think how it would have gone for Him if he decided to search for other greener pastures. He was a clear talented footballer during his
time at cardiff but he hasnt been raised with the discipline at arsenal. You can always see ramseys all round strengths but sadly Its
not helping him or the club with his foward moving pleasurr. He is so Over used and its sometimes difficult for him to get used to the rythm
of the game.With
time you realise he gets low ib confidence and his engine gets wasted. He
needed somebody who would have managed him properly and with care and that person is certainpy
not wenger. You would have been better off at Manu mate.Calum chambers - Came us a very talented player from southampton with raw talent. He was very good at first but wenger found a way to reduce his level
of confidence. His inexperience was left exposed and wenger did
nt do anything to resolve that problem and instead He looked for other talented players.Alex oxlade chamberlain - Another very talented player who
needed only his skilled sharpened and his character modelled. That and he was ready to become a world beater. But wenger decided to let him run and run like a headless chicken causing him to be often injured and damaging his confidence.Who knows what would have happened to him gad he decided to look for more greener pasture. He is surely a much better player than this.Theo walcott - Another player who was tipped to have a very bright future. He had it
in him.But all he
needed was an appropriate manager who would nurture him with discipline and
help him with his talent. But on Coming to arsenal he was given Much more responsiblities putting more weight on his shoulders on top
of that another player who was recklessly managed with his talent and never coming off age because his character wasnt properly shaped.Mesut ozil - Al right i agree he perfoms well just recently. But imagine all the legendary players he was often compared to during his
time at real madrid. On coming to arsenal he found no rotation often overused, suffered many injuries and his confidence dwindled. It is pretty clear arsene does
not take any responsibility for players. And when at arsenal you have to be your own manager. You
need not rely on your manager otherwise you might continue being the same player for the next many years. That is why each and every player are what they are because
of their own efforts and wenger had nothing to do with it.Van persie was the same player for over 7 years untill he himself decided to change.Wenger only organises and prepares tge team while the rest is
in your court.It is
not what so many people make it out to be.Thats why we
need to pressure wenger more than our own players. They are their own self managers and wenger
needs to take that responsibility
Because we
need to clear space
in our squad mate, we've got players like Diaby, Flamini, Arteta, Sanogo, Podolski, Campbell, who don't contribute much now, if these players were moved on an better players introduced it would rasie the standards at the club which will
help us to challenge the top team
in europe.Sanogo a project?we haven't got that kind
of time mate
not while he earning 40k a week for
not doing much.
I don't even know why he started Welbeck ahead
of Walcott
in the first place, Welbeck was giving away the ball too often on the right and wasn't
helping Bellerin
in defence.Bellerin too can't be blameless for being caught out
of position many
times, he didn't even know who he was marking. The reason why we lost the midfield battle wasn't because Coquelin didn't do much, the problem was with Ramsey and Cazorla, they were loosing possesion too often
in our own half giving more room for counter attack Coquelin alone couldn't contain opponent's pressure for the full 90minutes he
needed help too defencively from Ramsey who didn't give him any, Ramsey now sees himself as an AM who could go forward at anytime and ignore his defensive responsibility.Koscielny didn't do much to prevent the second goal.
Time for some brutal honesty... this team, as it stands, is in no better position to compete next season than they were 12 months ago, minus the fact that some fans have been easily snowed by the acquisition of Lacazette, the free transfer LB and the release of Sanogo... if you look at the facts carefully you will see a team that still has far more questions than answers... to better show what I mean by this statement I will briefly discuss the current state of affairs on a position - by - position basis... in goal we have 4 potential candidates, but in reality we have only 1 option with any real future and somehow he's the only one we have actively tried to get rid of for years because he and his father were a little too involved on social media and he got caught smoking (funny how people still defend Wiltshire under the same and far worse circumstances)... you would think we would want to keep any goaltender that Juventus had interest in, as they seem to have a pretty good history when it comes to that position... as far as the defenders on our current roster there are only a few individuals whom have the skill and / or youth worthy of our time and / or investment, as such we should get rid of anyone who doesn't meet those simple requirements, which means we should get rid of DeBouchy, Gibbs, Gabriel, Mertz and loan out Chambers to see if last seasons foray with Middlesborough was an anomaly or a prediction of things to come... some fans have lamented wildly about the return of Mertz to the starting lineup due to his FA Cup performance but these sort of pie in the sky meanderings are indicative of what's wrong with this club and it's wishy - washy fan - base... in addition to these moves the club should aggressively pursue the acquisition of dominant and mobile CB to stabilize an all too fragile defensive group that has self - destructed on numerous occasions over the past 5 seasons... moving forward and building on our need to re-establish our once dominant presence throughout the middle of the park we need to target a CDM then do whatever it takes to get that player into the fold without any of the usual nickel and diming we have become famous for (this kind of ruthless haggling has cost us numerous special players and certainly can't help make the player in question feel good about the way their future potential employer feels about them)... in order for us to become dominant again we need to be strong up the middle again from Goalkeeper to CB to DM to ACM to striker, like we did in our most glorious years before and during Wenger's reign... with this in mind, if we want Ozil to be that dominant attacking midfielder we can't keep leaving him exposed to constant ridicule about his lack of defensive prowess and provide him with the proper players in the final third... he was never a good defensive player in Real or with the German National squad and they certainly didn't suffer as a result of his presence on the pitch... as for the rest of the midfield the blame falls squarely in the hands of Wenger and Gazidis, the fact that Ramsey, Ox, Sanchez and even Ozil were allowed to regularly start when none of the aforementioned had more than a year left under contract is criminal for a club of this size and financial might... the fact that we could find money for Walcott and Xhaka, who weren't even guaranteed starters, means that our whole business model needs a complete overhaul... for me it's time to get rid of some serious deadweight, even if it means selling them below what you believe their market value is just to simply right this ship and change the stagnant culture that currently exists... this means saying goodbye to Wiltshire, Elneny, Carzola, Walcott and Ramsey... everyone, minus Elneny, have spent just as much time on the training table as on the field of play, which would be manageable if they weren't so inconsistent from a performance standpoint (excluding Carzola, who is like the recent version of Rosicky — too bad, both will be deeply missed)... in their places we need to bring in some proven performers with no history of injuries... up front, although I do like the possibilities that a player like Lacazette presents, the fact that we had to wait so many years to acquire some true quality at the striker position falls once again squarely at the feet of Wenger... this issue highlights the ultimate scam being perpetrated by this club since the arrival of Kroenke: pretend your a small market club when it comes to making purchases but milk your fans like a big market club when it comes to ticket prices and merchandising... I believe the reason why Wenger hasn't pursued someone of Henry's quality, minus a fairly inexpensive RVP, was that he knew that they would demand players of a similar ilk to be brought on board and that wasn't possible when the business model was that of a «selling» club... does it really make sense that we could only make a cheeky bid for Suarez, or that we couldn't get Higuain over the line when he was being offered up for half the price he eventually went to Juve for, or that we've only paid any interest to strikers who were clearly not going to press their current teams to let them go to Arsenal like Benzema or Cavani... just part of the facade that finally came crashing down when Sanchez finally called their bluff... the fact remains that no one wants to win more than Sanchez, including Wenger, and although I don't agree with everything that he has done off the field, I would much rather have Alexis front and center than a manager who has clearly bought into the Kroenke model in large part due to the fact that his enormous ego suggests that only he could accomplish great things without breaking the bank... unfortunately that isn't possible anymore as the game has changed quite dramatically in the last 15 years, which has left a largely complacent and complicit Wenger on the outside looking in... so don't blame those players who demanded more and were left wanting... don't blame those fans who have tried desperately to raise awareness for several years when cracks began to appear... place the blame at the feet of those who were well aware all along of the potential pitfalls of just such a plan but continued to follow it even when it was no longer a financial necessity, like it ever really wa

time and / or investment, as such we should get rid
of anyone who doesn't meet those simple requirements, which means we should get rid
of DeBouchy, Gibbs, Gabriel, Mertz and loan out Chambers to see if last seasons foray with Middlesborough was an anomaly or a prediction
of things to come... some fans have lamented wildly about the return
of Mertz to the starting lineup due to his FA Cup performance but these sort
of pie
in the sky meanderings are indicative
of what's wrong with this club and it's wishy - washy fan - base...
in addition to these moves the club should aggressively pursue the acquisition
of dominant and mobile CB to stabilize an all too fragile defensive group that has self - destructed on numerous occasions over the past 5 seasons... moving forward and building on our
need to re-establish our once dominant presence throughout the middle
of the park we
need to target a CDM then do whatever it takes to get that player into the fold without any
of the usual nickel and diming we have become famous for (this kind
of ruthless haggling has cost us numerous special players and certainly can't
help make the player
in question feel good about the way their future potential employer feels about them)...
in order for us to become dominant again we
need to be strong up the middle again from Goalkeeper to CB to DM to ACM to striker, like we did
in our most glorious years before and during Wenger's reign... with this
in mind, if we want Ozil to be that dominant attacking midfielder we can't keep leaving him exposed to constant ridicule about his lack
of defensive prowess and provide him with the proper players
in the final third... he was never a good defensive player
in Real or with the German National squad and they certainly didn't suffer as a result
of his presence on the pitch... as for the rest
of the midfield the blame falls squarely
in the hands
of Wenger and Gazidis, the fact that Ramsey, Ox, Sanchez and even Ozil were allowed to regularly start when none
of the aforementioned had more than a year left under contract is criminal for a club
of this size and financial might... the fact that we could find money for Walcott and Xhaka, who weren't even guaranteed starters, means that our whole business model
needs a complete overhaul... for me it's
time to get rid of some serious deadweight, even if it means selling them below what you believe their market value is just to simply right this ship and change the stagnant culture that currently exists... this means saying goodbye to Wiltshire, Elneny, Carzola, Walcott and Ramsey... everyone, minus Elneny, have spent just as much time on the training table as on the field of play, which would be manageable if they weren't so inconsistent from a performance standpoint (excluding Carzola, who is like the recent version of Rosicky — too bad, both will be deeply missed)... in their places we need to bring in some proven performers with no history of injuries... up front, although I do like the possibilities that a player like Lacazette presents, the fact that we had to wait so many years to acquire some true quality at the striker position falls once again squarely at the feet of Wenger... this issue highlights the ultimate scam being perpetrated by this club since the arrival of Kroenke: pretend your a small market club when it comes to making purchases but milk your fans like a big market club when it comes to ticket prices and merchandising... With your

What a pleasant surprise to be done (recognizing

It's so true that most women don't know where to turn for
help and when
help is

time that women are
in such an emotional non logical state
of mind.
I've traveled forever with newborns through teens (now) and we're
in our fourth year
of full
time, open ended world travel and if there is ONE THING that we all
need to pack, parents or
not, it's a healthy
helping of GRACE for everyone else's issues.
Until that
time, you
need every bit
of help in maintaining your supply since you don't have the benefit
of your baby's
help.

Every
time one baby flailed her arms and slapped her twin out
of hunger or a
need to be changed I couldn't
helping thinking that maybe they were
not in fact
in need of my intervention, but rather seeking out their other half.
Regardless
of whether or
not medical intervention is
needed, there are a few simple things that will likely
help curb the amount
of time you spend
in the laundry room.
And so, spending that
time with your partner reconnecting and also for the partner to really kind
of learn the baby's signals too, so that way, you know, the partner can
help keep the baby awake while the baby's feeding
in those first couple
of week, rubbing the palms, rubbing the baby's back, rubbing the mom's shoulders, because a lot
of women tend to breastfeed with their shoulders up to their ears, [Laughs] and they
need, you know, some
help to kind
of relax their body, and partners can do lots
of skin - to - skin before and after feedings, so, there is nothing like smelling a brand new baby on your chest and again, it kind
of goes back to what you had mentioned about skin - to - skin being, you know, so important for the baby and so, mom's
not the only person who has the opportunity to do that.
There's nothing wrong with adult children living at home, especially
in difficult economic
times such as these, but if the
time comes that you feel they
need a gentle nudge out
of the
nest you can
help them to find an acceptable roommate or two and guide them through the process
of settling into independent adulthood.

Picking out breast pumps, diapers and bedroom decor might
not be your partner's favorite thing to do, but it's still good to get them interested
in all
of the products you'll be buying for baby — one, because it'll
help them feel essential at a
time when there isn't much focus on them, and two, because they'll be using them and
need to know how!
Home visitors typically do
not identify or respond to maternal depression during the course
of their home visits with clients.11, 12,17 Several reasons appear to contribute to home visitors» lack
of attention to maternal depression, including feeling they do
not have appropriate training on approaches to discussing the topic with clients, perceptions that depressed clients are more difficult to engage, challenges
in prioritizing discussion
of poor mental health
in the context
of clients» other pressing
needs, and lack
of clarity on the extent to which they should address maternal depression.13, 14 Systematic screening and referral at
time of home visitation enrollment can
help identify women
needing supports for maternal depression.
They will normally let you know when they
need to be changed which
helps you ensure your baby is
not sitting
in a soiled diaper for long periods
of time.
And most nipples absolutely a baby can nurse off
of, they just might
need a little more
help because the nipple is
not hitting their palate to trigger their suck reflex correctly but you know, we're really bless, we live
in a
time where we do have tools like we do have nipple shields which I urge extreme caution with.
So, even though we're still a month out from Father's Day, I want to share one girl's essay to
help you start getting
in the right frame
of mind —
not so you can swell up with pride, but so you can make this «season» a
time to recommit yourself to be the father your children really
need.
Many would assume that since we were
not first
time parents we didn't
need the
help of others, but
in fact we
needed it even more, as we had a spirited two year old at home and a baby due during the Christmas holidays.
