I am
not much of a cook and get
in ruts where I make the same foods all the time until I can find healthy recipes that are low sugar and low carb with high protein.
I've talked about the health benefits of chickpeas before as well as the importance of
not getting stuck
in a food
rut.
I don't know what it is this year but I think I'm a little burned out and
in a
rut.
I think we get
in ruts in our marriages when we aren't challenged.

It can be a challenge to

in a quinoa based
rut and I haven't mastered gluten - egg - yeast - dairy free baking yet.
If you don't eat meat, or are just looking to break out of the
rut of Asian - flavored tofu, a brief dip
in the marinade before baking adds a ton of flavor to cubes of tofu.
Maybe this isn't news to you but like I said, we've been

rut... just ask either of the Milan teams... next step after that is being known as a «seller», which could be us already if and when Sanchez leaves... there are only two teams that have worn this moniker
in recent times and had some decent success and that is Athletico Madrid and Dortmond, which only occurred when they both brought
in new, charismatic leaders
in Simmone & Klopp... the odds that Wenger could conjure up the magic to repeat the performances of a bygone era are incredibly low, so why prolong the agony... he's
not willing to create the hierarchy necessary to go the youth route and he's unwilling to put his team's potential success ahead of his job security by laying it on the line with Moustache, so it's time to place all your chips
in the middle or go gently into that good night
The reality is that only Arsene will decide the time to call it a day but than again he will
not delegate any duties to his no2 so we are stuck
in a
rut... EPL & ECL is beyond us.
I truly believe that luck plays a big part
in sport and Arsenal have
not had much
in years but at the same time I wonder if the Gunners have just become stuck
in a
rut.
I don't think changing managers would always be a quick fix, but we are stuck

rut of perpetual runners up, and given AW won't change his philosophy, a change is the only thing we can think might help..
Unless the team gets out of it's current
rut soon I can see us missing the top four for the first time
in a full Wenger season, but is that what it will take for Wenger to realise that it is

We can't even cheer while thinking «it's ok coz a cm coming
in or a cb» it's just same old and stuck

And when I read the comments from the young forward on Arsenal.com about enjoying the pressure of playing for a big club and feeling that he has adapted well to the demands of EPL football it made me question even more the wisdom of
not trying to tap that enthusiasm while Arsenal are
in this current
rut.
