No matter how much time you have on your hands, you won't want to spend hours just assembling the best travel crib.

I don't know what your daughter looks like on the floor, but from your description, it sounds like she does not bear weight on her hands with straight / extended elbows very much... that she is most likely spending time on her forearms.

I do as much tummy time as possible but I do use the bumbo when I need my hands free and it's not safe to wear baby (i.e. cooking dinner) to avoid other baby gear that puts pressure on the head.
