diet aren't eating
raw, grass fed, beef liver
on a daily basis — I'm certainly
not — I prefer to get my vitamin C and fiber from veggies and leafy greens.
I haven't made them with a liquid sweetener in a long time, so I don't exactly remember how much agave I used for these when Mr. Wing - It was
on his low GI
diet, but the nice thing about these is that you can totally eat the
raw dough and adjust the sweetener before you bake them.
I am

diet as much as I can, specially in the summer -LSB-...]
Babies need nutritious milk and if the breastmilk is
not nutritious due to a bad
diet on the part of the mother, then homemade
raw milk formula is a better choice.
Also people always blame the
diet for everything — a
raw vegan
diet brings out peoples weaknesses while they are detoxing, people who do
nt understand detox and genetic weakness see these symtoms as the
diet being wrong... WHAT could possibly be wrong with feeding your body with natural foods as they were made by nature, like every other animal
on the planet...?
It's interesting that so many adults are today interested in the
raw food lifestyle for themselves but continue to feel that their children can
not thrive
on a
raw vegan
diet.
And you'd think they were right since dieting includes an enormous list of things to do like counting daily calories, lowering carb intake, avoiding white wheat, reducing fat intake, drinking lemon juice in the morning, writing in a nutrition diary about everything you've eaten that day, eating more vegetables, drinking a lot of water, slowly chewing your food, taking fat burner supplements, eating lots of bacon if you're
on a Keto
diet (come to think of it, that's
not that bad), trying all sorts of natural weight - loss foods, sometimes even eating
raw foods and the list goes
on and
on.
I have seen miracles with people
on raw vegan
diets, the kind that every doctor says can
not be cured.
(and for those interested: I'm
not sold
on the benefits of a
raw - only
diet.
I've been
on the anti candida
diet but it's so effing restricting and I DO feel better from eating non starchy / glutinous foods FOR OBVIOUS REASONS THOUGH (because they're gross;)-RRB-, and eggs and sheep / goat dairy with live bacteria etc doesn't make me feel bad or gain weight (and actually makes me feel better when my adrenals get messed up from all
rawing - I have low b12 and supplements don't seem to do anything but dairy seems to work though I'd prefer to be vegan) AND BUT I REALLY REALLY LOVE AND PREFER AND MISS THOSE GREEN SMOOTHIES OMG Especially because I like to exercise WHEN I CAN / when i'm physically able to, and when you recover from green smoothies and it's so clean and gorgeous and magical feeling... and then you try to recover
on standard foods....
(And you don't have to be
on a
raw food
diet to appreciate them and get the health benefits.)
Whether it is
raw or partially cooked or fully cooked, you eat your vegetables
on Paleo
diet until you can
not eat anymore.
I am
on a primal
diet for about 5 or 6 months (a lot of
raw animal products such as grass - fed liver and butter) and my skin has improved but it's
not quiet clear yet, I still have some breakouts here and there.
Aren't B12 supplements recommended for everyone

I have learnt a lot from your website and have started a «softly softly» approach to the
diet, which you'd mentioned in the comments, (brown rice, steamed /
raw veg, healthy oils, seeds, etc.) as I'm
not quite ready to do a full -
on cleanse yet.
(first in the form
on raw vegan «fruitarian» protein and then even more so when i stopped being fruitarian and came back to a vegan whole foods
diet with lots of beans and legumes plus some soy and some plant protein powder...) The improvement was something that I did feel physically (though i had
not felt the lack) but there was also an immediate improvement in the feedback from my teachers...

not just passively do this
diet on my own, but rather I worked with the top
