I first want to say that most authors don't mind leaving un-updated information and
books out there for
purchase, but as for me, after doing lots of research of the
new and exciting science of nutrition, I couldn't sleep at night knowing that people were reading information that I put out there that wasn't up to my current standards.

It came out of the shadows this summer when the
