Coconut butter is made from dried blended coconut meat - it is
not pure fat like butter or ghee.
While still high fat, at least it's
not pure fat.
Rather than using coconut oil, use lard or butter or margarine... if using the latter two increase the amount a little as they are

fat that causes it to do that has been removed but other than that it is the same as full
fat coconut oil and has all of the benefits and properties (minus the
