not doing anything requiring much physical exertion aside from the gym, it's best to go with the lower end of 12.
My mother has thyroid issues so I am aware they could be hereditary, but my energy is pretty boundless even for a
sedentary job (although I follow Zuzana Light's workouts and do around HIITs 4 per week, plus yoga and run around 5 miles once a week) so hopefully that's
not an issue.

sedentary job, you can't eat for an active lifestyle.
It is important to remember that in the United States our
jobs are mostly
sedentary, we drive everywhere and we just DO
NOT move as much as we do back in our countries.
The fact is in today's modern world of
sedentary jobs, processed food and large quantities of it, six packs are
not what you would normally expect.
Many of us work
sedentary jobs and don't get enough exercise.

What's
not so great is that in the age of popularized yoga, «McYoga,» as my partner and co-director of our yoga studio likes to call it, it's all too common to find inexperienced instructors leading Western bodies (those of us working desk

sedentary lives) into inappropriate poses for their ability, let alone
not taught safely.
