Dry
skin actually needs exfoliation just as much, if
not more, as those who don't suffer from regular
flaking.
You wouldn't use a cleanser or moisturizer specifically formulated for dry,
flaking skin if you have an oily, acne - prone complexion, right?
It didn't just moisturize the dead
skin flakes, it made them disappear completely!
If you can't use oats due to celiac disease or other allergies, substitute with quinoa
flakes and your skill will look healthy, feel great, and it's a great weekly routine to get into for happy

not recommend using this on babies, however as it did cause my baby's

flakes, try massaging baby's scalp with petroleum jelly or mineral oil to loosen dead
skin, followed by a thorough shampoo to wash away
flakes and excess oil.
