More and more American consumers are seeking healthy alternatives to sugary
sodas and juices, including
water, which does
not contain any calories.
Rather than adding the ginger and turmeric honey bomb to tea (40º C is
not tea weather), I added the juice of the lemon as well and have been having it in
soda water with ice.
Food director Carla Lalli Music recommends making a paste from baking
soda and
water, and scrubbing it onto the pot with a Scotch - Brite pad —
not steel wool!
The hot
water starts to react with the
soda so it can't be left sitting about the place.

I was wondering how well the baking
soda and
water would freeze, but we hadn't got around to trying it yet.
I don't usually measure an exact amount of each, but a good dollop of baking
soda, a squirt of dish soap and a bit of red food colouring mixed with a little
water should give you a good eruption.

I put a filter on the shower head, boiled my

not live in the low — lying watery or marshy lands, you might
not have hard
water, so that you do

Before schools ban chocolate milk, they should ban all
soda sales and most juice sales, as

Those of us who have access to fluoridated
