I've seen

not cheap and if you're using a centrifugal juicer the majority of
wheatgrass is wasted.

Some people may wonder how to eat
wheatgrass, the answer is people normally don't eat it but to extract the juice then drink it.

wheatgrass indoors, you first need to buy organic
wheatgrass seeds from a reputable source to make sure the seeds have
not been treated with pesticides and will grow into healthy, vibrant grass.
Just adding the kale, red cabbage, Apple (skin, seeds and all), garlic, sour kraut, sprouted broccoli and
wheatgrass and spices and nuts and ground flax seeds, rejuvalac, etc makes over A HALF GALLON AND TAKES ONE HOUR FROM washing the veggies to clean up (it wrecks the kitchen) even if u mix up the 12 or so spices in advance!!!!! I funnel it into 20 ounce recycled soda bottles and freeze what I can't drink in one day.
It's
not as easy as eating
wheatgrass like you would a salad, or adding it to a smoothie.
Health isn't just about green smoothies, kale and shots of
wheatgrass (although I love all of those things, minus the
wheatgrass possibly as I've yet to try it!).
These don't really apply to
wheatgrass shots (an oz of pure
wheatgrass taken in one gulp), but are good to keep in mind when adding the superfood to your vegetable and fruit juices.
PS: I think that Michael Clarke Duncan fellow may have been «juicing,» and I don't mean

Green drinks from vegetables extract,
wheatgrass juice, etc., may
not be so appealing to many due to its earthy taste, but some health conscious people are really getting the high level of minerals and nutritional properties it provide.
This means that while we use lots of organic ingredients (such as spirulina, barley leaf and
wheatgrass) we can't always find high quality organic sources for all of the 62 ingredients in Kids Good Stuff.
I understand the importance of having a slightly alkaline pH versus an acidic pH. Since you are
not a huge proponent of green drinks,

Besides thinking that it was an appealing idea to consume juice extracted from grass that didn't taste good at all, I truly didn't contemplate a great deal about

From what I know green juice started back with Ann Wigmore and Dr. Max Gerson, I'm
not sure who brought it to the world first, but both used green juices and
