They will actually end up developing a bigger number
of secure attachments to loving adults, and having relationships with new people who can teach them new things and offer perspectives that their
parents can't have (because we're all limited in terms
of what we can know, and how we
view things) and in general, their squad
of caregivers is going to expand and that is
nothing but good.
Worms is one
of those rare kiddie flicks that successfully adopt a child's - eye
view of the world, where
nothing is more important than saving face on the playground and where
parents are as distant and clueless as storybook giants.
