As summer winds down, and the holidays approach, you may start to
notice changes in the weather.
Not exact matches
Apart from the nippy
weather, many of us start to
notice change is
in the air when the local chemist has started advertising flu vaccines to prevent seasonal influenza and more throats become scratchy and noses sniffly on our morning commute.
I am not big on paying the full price my favorite denim brands, especially since you probably
notice that I seldomly wear jeans (something I am trying to
change since I realize you can't always wear a dress... especially
in cold
weather situations).
Dressing
in layers is recommended as
weather can
change dramatically, without
notice.
The
weather can
change at a moment's
notice, and I'm not ashamed to say that the first time it rained, I spent several minutes just admiring how the water fell and splashing
in puddles.
Notice the way the
change in the time of day,
weather, or angle of the sun affect your perception.
I would sooner believe people whose livelihood depends on climate and
weather, as they live their work, day and night
in the field, and
notice subtle
changes, not a scientist who depends on Government grants, and crunches numbers
in a city or town lab.

noticed as long ago as 2000 whereby the jet streams moved back towards the equator from the positions they adopted during the warming spell.
The worst example [I've heard of,] of
weather data recording (a basic input into climate
change assessment de nos jours) was
in East Africa, where one year someone
noticed a remarkable similarity between the current and the previous [an archived] year's observations.

For example on the issue of prejudice it was noted that even if timely
notice had been provided
changes in the
weather within that initial 10 day period might have prevented the municipality from conducting any useful investigation anyway.
