I am definitely
noticing body fat loss in the mirror, size of my waist / thighs and I'm getting stronger but I guess not seeing the numbers really change
on the scale makes it seem like there's not really any progress!
I actually didn't know about any research
on any of this, I just listened to my
body and I
noticed that when I ate a lot of carbs I was bloated and tired and so I stopped gluten and also diary altogether and started putting together foods that felt right... I didn't realise till a couple of years ago when I was doing a nutrition course that my diet was very low carb and high
fat, which according to the course I was doing was not good for my health — which did confuse me as I had never felt better in my life.
Well my sister and brother in law started vegan last year, I have
notice they lost weight and have no cholesterol but my sister is looking older than me and wrinkly she doesn't drink much water she believes she gets all she needs from veggies and fruit which I disagree, also when you go
on a whole food plant based diet are you getting your protein in every meal by adding chick peas, lentil, black beans or kidney beans, hair does use a lot of protein and its need to repair damage from any disease, specially after age 30, or else the
body will start by eating the toxins then the
fat and finally the muscles and
fat from breast.
I have never been much overweight but because of a chronic health problem and set backs, I was semi invalid for about 3 months and gained weight around my middle mostly and some, but not much
on thighs, buttocks and
noticed cellulite I did nt have before... but just attributed it to extra

on more things other than food... Get more energy to be more productive and creative... Write 4 books in 2 months... Overcome the excruciating feeling of hunger and sugar cravings... And helped me to build the business and
body of my dreams.
I've

notice a difference, even if it's small, I just wanted to know if what I was doing is enough to make me lose the thigh
fat i'm 5,2 and my weight is 113 lb and I have 28 %
body fat my thighs are 98 cm * measuring from around the butt *, so here's what I do: I walk 6 - 7 Km * 1h and 22/28 mins * 4 days a week and I do low empact cardio with no jumping in my home and a HIIT from what you suggested in another post, I do the cardio and the HIIT each
on separate days, one day a week, and I do leg resistance training 2 days a week separated by upper
body resistance training 2 days also so, what do you think?
Muscle is denser than
fat, and takes up less space in your
body - so as you lose
fat and add muscle, you may not see the number
on the scale going down as fast as you expect, even though you are
noticing the shape and tone of your
body changing.
You will
notice that an elderly cat tends to become thinner and its spine and shoulders become more prominent as it loses the insulating layer of
fat on its
body.
