So,
now I am using
guar gum.
I am recovering from reaction to what I think is
guar gum right
now.
Loosing a few brain cells every
now and the isn't a huge worry, but considering that these MSG - like neurotoxins are in just about ALL of our foods (anything with natural flavor of any kind, malted barley, carregenan,
guar, xanthan or vegetable gums, «spices»... the list of names used to hide the fact that these are neurotoxins is very long) we're all basically consuming LOTS of these neurotoxins daily.

now you will no doubt have seen
Guar Gum used as an ingredient in many food products, particularly in baked goods.
Now, you'll see I've also added a 1/2 teaspoon of
guar gum to this mix.
First xantham and
guar, which seemed wonderful at the time, and
now a colon cleanser... all things in moderation, perhaps?
I'm using the organic Whole Foods 365 brand in a can for
now since it's the only one I've found that doesn't have additives, other than trace amounts of
guar gum.
