for almost one and half month i had use the shield and only then my baby use to nurse from me and then i even pumped milk and had to give formula for a month since brest milk was not sufficient for my baby, so many times i have searched and read articles after articles to wean off the nipple shield and finally suceeded on 21 st november night but then again day time baby used to fuss for shield,
now i don't remember the date but one fine morning she nursed in the usual
normal position (earlier i used the breast feeding pillow) it was the happiest moment for me.But
now the worry is her
weight.She is gaining
weight at very slow pace and many times i feel my breast don't have much milk.and
now she suddenly don't like to feed from bottle.so the target is bottle feed.
Weight gain has never been a big struggle for my babies but I definitely can remember being on edge that my first baby was less than what he was born
at as a first time mommy, you know, and I was reassure that that was
normal but I can remember having that out of, oh, he weighs less
now than when he was born.
I know I've participated in some when I was a student and did a little bit of research when I was a graduate student as well so we're going to find out more and more about this but right
now let's say
at the very least that interval training is the best
weight loss program when compared to
normal cardio.
Now my question is should i keep doingjust cardio and your interval training videos and wait till im at 155 to start toning or shouldi do both right now... im confused i know that if i start weights i can burn fat but i dnt know if i should wait or not... please help:) also is it ok or normal if in these past 2 weeks i have been only loosing 1 lb a week im used to it being 2 or 3 a week should i exercise harder or longer

It takes a long time to get it back, and even though you are a
normal weight, your body might
at the outset want to be a bit higher than you are
now for reassurance.
When looking
at weight loss you also need to keep in mind that
at the start of your journey to losing
weight you would have been bigger than you are
now, it is
normal to lose more
weight when you are starting out and as time goes by and you become lighter the number of lbs you lose each week will drop.
