I too introduced farm to school in our district and even moved the district to hire a chef who
now cooks from scratch.
I used to use a lot of canned beans, but
now I cook them all from scratch, 30 mins, no soaking and done, turn out so much better than cans.

now that my kitchen is my happy place, meaning that I
