Even though I've been exhausted towards the end of my pregnancy, my iron levels have risen to just below the normal range
now and if I do
get a very rare
good night sleep I actually feel pretty
good the next day.
I just gave birth 3 weeks ago, the last baby i had is
now 9 years old, and I totally forgot how much they cry... Im starting all over again and it's really hard to
get used to not
sleeping the whole
night... The
GOOD NEWS IS... they grow up so fast and soon you too will forget how much crying she / he did, enjoy them while they're little;{)
my poor husband makes a bed on the living room floor, but we are
getting the
best sleep ever
now, as a newborn her days and
nights were completely flipped no matter what I tried, I believe babies show cues when they're old enough to start
sleep training it didn't happen over
night but eventually my husband and I were able to
get her back on track and
now she is the
best sleeper!

I'm struggling right
now with what to do - I was quite happy to let my 4 month old suck himself to
sleep and would happily let him come into our bed, he always
sleeps better there & I don't believe in «training» babies to fit in with our schedules... However, from being a «
good sleeper» he's
now nearly 5 months and his
sleep has deteriorated to a 2 or 3 hr stretch, then he's up every 45mins / 1 hr or so throughout the
night - not fully awake but crying for a feed to
get back to
sleep.
Normally by the fourth
night we were back in a routine and
getting good sleep... if it is only a short trip you may just have to roll with the early wakeups and
get out walking until the rest if the household was up... we are
now back home and all those
sleep disruptions have not caused any damage, just keep the basis of a routine and you can pick right back up where you left off...
It can be difficult to
get comfy enough for a
good night's
sleep, and you need your
sleep now more than ever!
He was a not - great sleeper as a baby and didn't
sleep through the
night until he was 2, but
now he's wonderful.My almost -4-year-old goes to
sleep at 7.00 and
gets up around 6.30 on a
good day, with no wakes in between and no naps.
After being on Ambien for 15 years, I am
now not taking anything at
night and am

I did find many challenges with
sleep with my friends who had babies as they would pick them up straight away where as mine would be able to self soothe, you do
get tuts and little head shakes but in my defence I had a
good night sleep and very refreshed days and my girls
now are very independent and enjoy a
good 12 hour
sleep!!

getting pregnant again:P lol but they have both had their own beds for more then 2 yrs available to them, and they had many times
slept in them... But I am currently thinking of
getting a bigger bed so when my 5.5 mth old is a bit bigger the boys can come in with us again if they want (on occasion I wake up to find one or the other in bed with me and the baby and I love it;) I know it might sound like I have taken on a lot to keep them all with me for so long, but in reality the time has went by far too fast, and the memories of those
nights I love and cherish them
now... what works for me might not work for others, I have heard of so many safe and wonderful co-sleeping (or sharing) ways that family's have came up with, what works for some wont work for others, so it is
best to look into it to find the

Hey Doc I started training at the age of 13 and literally never stopped ever I have had major knee surgeries 5 or so years ago I have had countless stressful jobs I could not stand I finally said enough is enough and pursued by Personal training career I have an unbelievable passion for the fitness / nutrition lifestyle I'm 26
now at the age of 22 - 23 I achieved body fat percentage of 2 percent while working a back breaking job and literally
sleeping 2 - 3 hours a
night due to my hormone imbalance I didn't have a spoil meal in 8 months I was finally achieving the look I've been longing for for the 10 years I was already training and it was due to proper training times and nutrition little did i know I was already deep in a over trained zone for years before that I used to spend 3 - 5 hours a day in the gym from the age of 14 through 19 years old i just loved it so much and though more was
better as I
got older I
got smarter I studied non stop this all leads to my decline at age 23 I look back and I know every little thing I did wrong basically al all started at work 3 years ago to make a very long story short I had continued dizziness lack of sex drive for years insomnia all of the above to the 10th degree I know I've abused my body not many can say they have done the work i have done in gyms over all these years I left work one
night with sharp pains in my abdomen
got blood work done
got called back a week or so later and was notified in A very unprofessional way that at the age of 23 I had a testosterone level of 73.6 I have all the blood work to prove it from then on I was treated horribly by doctors none believing what I havenput myself through in the prior years basically going into every appointment and teaching each person endos euros physicians etc..
I've been co-sleeping with him since about that age (he's 8 months
now) and we
get a much
better sleep at
night.
I will go
now to watch TV with the hubby and then
get some rest, but I will be more chatty here tomorrow because I'm sure I'll feel all
better after a
good night's
sleep.

Hi there I have a border collie and lab mix she is a bout 10 my mom told me she has asthma and this is why I didn't seek help earlier but this problem has gone on for longer than six months
now but she has episodes of rapidly breeze heavy and catching her breath and they last for a couple minutes they wake her up up out of her
