I tested and tweaked, and
now use 3/4 C sour cream, 1/4 C mayo, and blend it with a
hand mixer as I slowly add a stream of water (instead of milk).
I've been making breads by
hand for a few months
now, but got a Kitchenaid stand
mixer (which I have named Julia, because I enjoy naming inanimate objects and the first recipe I
used it for was from Mastering the Art of French cooking) for my 15th birthday last week and can't wait to
use it to take on more complex breads.
I am in real need of a new camera, BUT I am soooo wanting a a
mixer, I right
now use a
hand held,: (but I also want soooo badly a juicer or a new ninja.
I am at work right
now and cant wait to go home and try these... just wanted to know, should I
use an electric beater to
mix the ingredients or just wish it by
hand??
I
used gel food colouring which was hard to
mix in (I had to
use my
hands so they're
now bright red!)

now the OnePlus 5T have all accomplished it (even if the 18:9 aspect ratio breaks the screen size math a little bit).
