One of the features of the SPG program is the ability to transfer at decent rates to
a number of airline programs.

As I don't really visit many SPG properties my primary channel for earning Starpoints are my Amex / Starwood co-branded cards and my primary use for them is usually as a conversion to an airline's loyalty program (they convert at a 1:1 ratio into a surprising
number of airline programs)-- it's just one such conversion I'm going to write about here.
The fact that I can convert Starpoints at a 1:1 ratio (in most cases) to an incredible
number of airline programs and also earn a 25 % bonus too, is something I value highly.
While airline programs partner with hotels and vice versa, in most cases it's not worth transferring out due to poor transfer ratios; the main exception is Starwood Preferred Guest, which enables you to transfer to
a number of airline programs with a 25 % bonus if you transfer in increments of 20,000 points.
Not exact matches
There are a
number of ways you can earn miles in the American
Airlines AAdvantage
program.
Airports across the country are seeing lines balloon in size, thanks to a «perfect storm»
of conditions — the

The Ultimate Rewards points you earn through the Chase Sapphire Preferred ®, on the other hand, can be used as statement credit, or traveled to a
number of different partner
programs (including Marriott, Southwest
Airlines, and more).
Both these cards allow users to transfer the rewards points they earn to a
number of different partner
programs — both
airline and hotel.
The former allows you to transfer points to a
number of popular
airline loyalty
programs, and the latter allows you to use miles as statement credits.
Part 150 also established a voluntary
program for airports, which provides a structured approach for airport operators,
airlines, pilots, neighboring communities, and the FAA to work together to reduce the
number of people who live in significantly noise - impacted areas.

programs including British Airways, Alaska
Airlines and Delta Air Lines.

This card's reward
program lets you earn award flights throughout the year while offering a
number of extra bonuses for your flights on American
Airlines.
One
of the best and most glamorous
airlines in the world, Emirates, isn't a member
of any alliances, but it is a transfer partner
of American Express Membership Rewards and SPG
programs, and it has a
number of partners that you can earn and redeem miles on.
But with
airlines increasing the
number of miles needed for many awards, and reducing the
number of seats they make available for the lowest mileage levels, these
programs have lost some
of their value.
There is no limit to the
number of miles that can be earned with your Hawaiian
Airlines World Elite Mastercard as long as the
program continues and the cardmember's credit card account is open and in good standing.
The Miles & More
program is actually the loyalty for a
number of European
airlines beyond Lufthansa.
