comment 37 (g)(4)-2, which would have clarified that any title insurance policy disclosed on the Loan Estimate based on a simultaneous issuance calculation must be disclosed by adding the full owner's title insurance premium plus the simultaneous issuance premium for lender's title insurance coverage, and then deducting the amount
of a full premium rate for lender's title insurance coverage that would be charged in a transaction when a consumer declines the purchase
of an owner's title insurance policy.
