It's a humongous world
of numbers out there —
numbers linked to bank accounts, passwords, permanent account
number, trader account
number, customer identification
number, and unique
numbers for insurance and mutual fund investments and bank deposits,
etc — that one must keep track
of and put to use.
I also have a
number of sub categories for various niche type travel blogs under our main
Links directory (food travel, couples, family, flashpacker, backpacker oriented
etc).
i am seeking
numbers if a format that is comparable with other technologies: e.g. $ / kW, $ / kWh energy storage capacity, $ / MWh
of electricity supply,
etc in a way that is directly comparable with the figures on the Electricity Supply Association web site I provided in the previous
link.
If I were forced to put some
numbers on it, I might say that these «on - page» factors make up about 20 %
of what goes into ranking a site while about 80 %
of the influencing - factors are «off - page» (
links from other websites, citations, mentions,
etc).
If the primary point is that Google does not purport to give you everything which responds to your keywords (and you would not be grateful if it did) a secondary point lies in things which are fundamental to Google's model: would you want your eDiscovery search results to be influenced by the
number of links which other people have made to a document, even if we were in the habit
of cross-linking our e-mail, Word documents
etc?
We include your company logo, company name, address
of your offices, phone
numbers, website, a company profile and one special website feature
link you may want consumers to see (rate calculators,
etc...).
