I made it using
NuNaturals liquid stevia instead of the maple syrup and it was great.

I used
NuNaturals Orange and Peppermint
Liquid Stevia to make up two different flavor backgrounds for these little balls of fun.
I also used half the sugar, added some Vanilla
Liquid Stevia from
NuNaturals and left out the citrus juices.

We've seen
liquid stevia (like
Nunaturals, as pictured above) in the sugar isle or natural food section at our local grocery stores.
I wish i could use erythitol / xylitol / chicory root, but for some reason my body does not do well with any alcohols not even
liquid stevia like
NuNatural.
