I feel guilty about not having
more milk but will continue to pump and let her
nurse as much as she can because I know that every
little bit of breast milk helps her.
My mom friends and I were willing to buy anything that promised to make our lives easier — to make our babies sleep better, to make
nursing more comfortable, to make having a baby as a constant sidekick a
little less physically difficult.

little things that I'm doing in my day - to - day life, aren't nearly as important as just re-focusing on my family and it's a sense of peace and calmness that I can't get from taking a bubble bath....
If you have
more of a routine or schedule, then
nurse your baby first and offer solids a
little while later.
Breastfeeding can successfully be continued during these periods by
nursing in a place that is dark, quiet, and uninteresting, and
nursing the baby when he is
more willing, such as when he is just waking up or is already a
little sleepy.
